Shipping Charges and Return Policy
Payments:
All payments must be made through PayPal. When ready to checkout you will automatically be sent to a secure PayPal page. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay with PayPal. If you do not have an account, just click on the “no PayPal account”. You will be guided through their quick and easy checkout system. Have confidence that all of your payment, transaction and PayPal information are secure and not compromised in any way. Your information will never be shared with any other vendor. An email will be sent to you to verify payment has been made
**Please make sure that all correspondence is from the same email address used for your original purchase, this enables us to keep track of your correspondence and purchases in our database.
Taxes:
Taxes are applicable in North Carolina only, and will be calculated at check out.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated by purchase price. Insurance is available at checkout and is additional. Typical delivery time for domestic US mail is 5 to 9 days but can vary. For overseas shipping it can take 7 days to 3 weeks for delivery.
When shipping outside of the U.S., you are responsible for any tax or custom fees so please check with your local custom office.

Shipment:
When we receive confirmation of payment, your item(s) will be shipped within 3 to 5 days. Shipping is through the US Postal Service and is shipped Monday thru Friday. Once the item is shipped you will receive an email telling you when it was shipped and the tracking number.
**Please make sure that the shipping address is correct. We will not be responsible for any undeliverable addresses.
*There will be an additional charge of $12.00 for shipment outside the United States.
Return Policy:
Mello Designs strives for 100% customer satisfaction on each and every sale we make. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase please notify me within 30 days from receipt of your purchase. I will email you with a RMA number to send your item in with. I will gladly refund you the price of the item (not including shipping and handling). You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
* If the return is a result of our error (you receive an incorrect or defective item, etc.) I will also refund shipping and handling. I will make every effort to fix any error as soon as possible. Since all items are handmade, I will contact you to let you know how long it will take to fix your item.
Loss:
If the item is lost you will have a choice, I can try to reproduce the item if the components are available or you can request a refund, which you should receive within 3 weeks
Damages:
If the item arrives damaged it must be returned with all original components included and in the original box within 15 days of arrival and will be repaired and returned to you, along with a refund for shipping the damaged item to us.
