Thank you for your interest in having a custom piece of handmade jewelry by Mello Designs. To order your custom piece, please fill in the form at the bottom of this page. It is important that you make sure of the length for necklaces and bracelets. The measurement is taken from one end of a clasp to the end of the opposite clasp. Please note that toggle clasps are larger than lobster claw clasps. In bracelets the toggle clasps are smaller, yet still larger than a lobster claw clasp.
Once you have submitted your order I will contact you by email or telephone, whichever you choose, to discuss the finer details available for your piece. If you want your piece to be a one of a kind there will be an extra charge depending on the piece ordered. This means that I will never duplicate your piece; it will be yours and yours alone.
Once we have worked out the details, I will give you an estimate of how long it will take for your piece to be completed. Most pieces can be made in about a week. Note that it may take a little longer if I do not have the components on hand. Usually, I can get items in 7 to 10 days, however; I can not guarantee how long it will take. If you do not have a specific design in mind, once I have all the components, I will send you pictures of several different options for you to choose from. For bookmarks. I will send you a picture of the ribbon and tassle colors for your approval before completeing the bookmark.
